How to stay happy and positive during Corona Virus Pandemic

Do you know what is the most important thing we should do during COVID-19 Pandemic ?

With bad news all around about corona virus and lockdown, it is obvious to feel anxious and depressed of the current situation.
Though we can't control the outside world, but we can control ourself , our body and our mind.

In this post I am gonna share few tips on how you can keep your mind relaxed and happy in this period of lockdown.

1. Entertainment

Take a break from news about COVID-19 and watch comedy shows or movies that entertain you. I am not recommending you to keep watching movies the whole day but what it means is don't stick to news channels only. Keep yourself entertained as well.

2. Self - Care

Self care is very important to keep yourself happy. Create a self care routine where you can pamper yourself and do the things you love whether it's listening to music or reading or doing some skin care.

3. Get in touch

We all know that we cannot meet and greet anyone personally at this time. So talk to your family members who are not near and friends through phone and video calls and make the best use of your phone.

4. Mediation

Well ! there is no need to tell you the benefits of meditation. We all know this, right ? So practice meditation atleast for 10 minutes a day to keep your mind relaxed and stress free.

5. Share Positivity

Instead of sharing stories that are already in news channels, share some positive news and quotes with everyone. Share the postive impacts of Covid-19. And remember do not forward any covid-19 news without verifying the truth.

It is on our hand how we deal with this situation, how we react. Remember our mind is so powerful that it will give us what we ask for. So the choice is yours whether you want positivity or negativity.

Comments

  1. Good tips... 10 months into this pandemic, trying to stay positive is much more of a challenge than it was last April, August and December. The challenge becomes larger every day. Recently, I felt grateful I didn't know what we were in for last March; odd thing to be grateful for. I counted that as a positive for the day.
