The fact is many of us don't know what our goal is. We have taken some thoughts from others and walking towards it without knowing what it will give us. When we try to think of our own goals, it feels intimidating .

1. Pondering what you want
Take a pen and a paper and sit in a quite place. Now think and write down what you want from your life, what you wish to do, what is important to you, your likings etc. Write down everything that comes in your mind whether it's small or big. Ask

2. Setting your goals
Now that you know your goals are from this paper, you can narrow down that easily. Find what is most important to you currently. It is advisable to set 1-3 goals at a time. 3. Make an action plan
Once you discovered your goals the next step is to make an action plan to achieve them. Often people miss out this step which is most important while setting goals. Use SMART goal setting method to break down big and intimidating goals. Write down each step and how to achieve them.
4. Reward yourself
Reward yourself whenever you achieve even a small step. You can treat yourself a chocolate, save a few extra bucks for your next trip or simply pat yourself on the back. It will bring your attention even towards your smallest achivement which will motivate you to accomplish your ultimate goal.
