How you strat your morning influences how you feel, think and act during the rest of your day. When you start your morning with some good and healthy habits, you set your day up for success. Practice this 6 routines to start your day off right.

1. Go to bed early


This is the first step towards starting a good morning routine. If you wanna feel energetic after waking up, it's important to have a sound sleep. Don't ditch your recommended hours of sleep.

2. Wake up early


If you wanna develope a morning routine you have to see the morning, right ? By waking up early you get more time and can accomplish more during the day. But it's true no one is naturally a morning person. You have to develop that habit. Try this steps to wake up early.


3. Positive affirmations


Right after you wake up, smile and say something postive to yourself. Also think about 1-3 things you are grateful for. This step will turn your day into a complete positivity.

4. Move your body


Stretching your body helps increasing blood flow to your muscles. It keeps your body active and lifts up your energy level after long hours of rest. You can workout a little, or few yoga poses or even can dance , anything you love. You can do this in bed also, using a simple stretching- out legs and arms movement.

5. Drink hot water


Drinking a glass of hot water can improve digestion, prevents constipation and releases toxin form of your body. Add a twist of lemon for a Vitamin C boost, and you are already on your way to a better health.


6. Make To-Do list


It's important to write down the things you want to complete during the day. It helps you visualise your tasks and establish them as a guide for your day. Rank your tasks according to their priority. This will help you to complete the most important tasks, even if you are unable to complete the entire list.

With the last step completed you can now start your day with great enthusiasm towards success. Remember your morning habits can make or break your day. It's your choice how you wanna start your morning.
