How to wake up early in the morning

If you want to do great things in life, if you want to be successful then you'll have to wake up early because early risers have more time than late risers.
Yet so many of us are struggling every morning to get up from bed.
Do you know what is the main reason that stopping you from waking up early ? Your Habits. Yes, you have made a habit of sleeping late, snoozing the alarm clock again and again. So you need to change this habit.
This article will present some tips on how to get yourself mentally and physically ready to  wake up early.


1. Find a Reason


Why do you want to wake up early ? What will you do with the extra time ?
Make sure you have a specific reason to get up early. Find a reason that excites you, something you will love to do. When your early morning plan includes something you're excited about, then waking up early will be much easier.


2. Go to bed early


If you wanna start your day with the right kind of energy then it's important that you get enough sleep. In order to not feel tired the whole day, get your recommended hours of sleep.

3. Let your body make it a habit


If you suddenly shift your wake up time from 8 to 5, it is likely going to harm your health as well as mood. So make an effort to move your wake up time forward gradually and let your body get used to the new schedule.


4. Change your alarm buzzer


If you use the same buzzer everyday you will start developing a tolerance to the sound. So change the buzzer frequently. I recommend you to set the type of sounds which irritates you and are intolerable so that it will force you to get out of bed.

5. Reposition your alarm clock


One of the main reason you snooze everytime your alarm buzzes because you get it near your bed. Put your alrm clock or mobile phone far enough away from your bed that you have to get completely out of bed to turn it off.


6. Play some music


When you finally get up and turn the alrm off, play any music or video that motivates you. It will help you to freshening your mood. Select this playlist in advance and don't listen to more than one song or video.


7. Drink hot water


Keep a hot water bottle on your bedside table. After waking up drink some hot water while listening to that music.

Follow these tips if you wanna becom an early riser and don't ditch your routine. Keep the timing same on all days including weekends so that it becomes your habit.
